2. What these terms cover
2.1 These terms govern the services we sell and provide under the MojeInBody brand: measurements at our locations (InBody 970/970S, InBody InGrip, Max Pulse and the BPBIO750 blood pressure monitor), measurement packages, upgrades to an extended measurement and gift vouchers.
2.2 The online account with your measurement history is run by BodyData s.r.o. under its own BodyData terms of service. Sign-in, viewing results in the portal, sharing, public links, the AI report, export and account deletion are governed by the BodyData terms and BodyData privacy policy. An account is not required for a measurement.
3. Measurement at our location
3.1 No booking is needed. Come during the location's opening hours shown on the website. If the device is in use, you may need to wait a moment.
3.2 Before the measurement, follow the instructions on How to prepare for the measurement. Preparation (food, drinks, training, time of day) affects how well results can be compared.
3.3 We do not perform InBody measurements on people with a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or another implanted electronic medical device. We do not recommend measurement during pregnancy. If unsure, ask at reception or your doctor before the measurement.
3.4 You get the result sheet right after the measurement. If you have a BodyData account, you can link the result to it.
3.5 You pay for the measurement at reception before it takes place, unless it is covered by a package or voucher. Current prices are in the price list.
4. Nature of the results
4.1 The measurement is not a health service. We do not provide health care, diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
4.2 Results are for information. Their accuracy depends on many factors, such as hydration, food, training, time of day or health condition.
4.3 We are not liable for decisions based solely on the results without professional assessment. If a value worries you, see a doctor.
5. Measurement packages
5.1 A package includes the number of measurements and validity period shown in the price list or at purchase. You use the measurements gradually at any of our locations.
5.2 Unused measurements expire at the end of the validity period and are not refunded or exchanged for money.
6. Online orders and payment
6.1 A gift voucher can be ordered online when online purchase is available on the website. Prices are shown with each offer and are final.
6.2 An order is a proposal to conclude a contract. You submit it with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. The contract is concluded when the payment is credited and we confirm the order. We send the tax receipt by email.
6.3 Online payment is by bank transfer. You receive payment details including a variable symbol and QR code. Payments are matched automatically, usually within 30 seconds of being credited; occasionally manual verification is needed. Unpaid orders are cancelled after a reasonable time. You may cancel an unpaid order and change your selection; once you have sent the payment, you should not cancel it.
6.4 One order may contain several gift vouchers. You pay them with one combined payment and receive all codes at your verified email once the payment is matched. A verified email is enough to buy. So that the order and vouchers can be found, they are stored with your BodyData account; if you do not have one, it is created automatically without asking for further details.
7. Gift vouchers
- The voucher code must be redeemed within 12 months of payment; after that the voucher expires.
- After redemption the voucher is valid for the period stated for the product (usually another 12 months).
- You redeem the voucher in your BodyData account or at reception before the measurement.
- The voucher is transferable: anyone who knows the code can redeem it. Redemption links it to the recipient's account and it cannot be redeemed again.
- A multi-measurement voucher is used gradually, one measurement at a time. Any unused balance after expiry is not refunded or exchanged for money.
- We are responsible for the safe handling of the code until it is sent to the email you entered.
8. Withdrawal from the contract
8.1 If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Simply email info@mojeinbody.cz.
8.2 We accept withdrawal within this period even if the voucher has already been redeemed or the measurement has taken place. We refund the full amount paid.
8.3 We refund received payments within 14 days of withdrawal using the same payment method, unless we agree with you on another method at no additional cost.
8.4 You may use the following model form, but you do not have to. Send it to info@mojeinbody.cz or ARENA Centrum s.r.o., Palackého 717/11, 110 00 Prague 1:

9. Complaints and dispute resolution
9.1 You can file a complaint about a provided service by email at info@mojeinbody.cz or in person at a location. We handle it without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, unless agreed otherwise.
9.2 For a technical issue in your BodyData account, contact BodyData under its terms. If unsure where to turn, write to us and we will help.
9.3 Out-of-court consumer disputes are handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate — ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. You can turn to it if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us.
9.4 Compliance with consumer protection law is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, coi.cz.
10. Minors
We measure minors with the consent of their legal guardian where the law requires it. In justified cases we may ask for proof of that consent.
11. Liability
11.1 We are responsible for carrying out the measurement with professional care on properly maintained devices.
11.2 We are not liable for damage caused by interpreting results without professional assessment or by withholding circumstances that rule out the measurement (clause 3.3).
11.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or a consumer's statutory rights.
12. Personal data
How we handle personal data during measurement, purchases and on the website is described in the MojeInBody Privacy Notice.
13. Changes and governing law
13.1 We may reasonably change these terms, in particular due to changes in law or in our services. Contracts already concluded are governed by the version valid at the time of conclusion.
13.2 These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are decided by the competent Czech courts, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. This does not affect clause 9.3.
